Team Up

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Team Up Discord bots and related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Description of Service

Team Up provides Discord bots that offer matchmaking, Elo rating systems, leaderboards, and tournament functionality for gaming communities. Features may include:

• Elo-based ranking and leaderboard systems
• Player matchmaking and queue management
• Match recording and history tracking
• Team management features
• Hosted lobby functionality
• Premium subscription features

3. User Conduct

You agree to use Team Up in compliance with all applicable laws and Discord's Terms of Service. You may not:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to manipulate ratings, leaderboards, or matchmaking systems
• Abuse, harass, or harm other users
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
• Use automated systems or bots to interact with Team Up without authorization

4. Premium Services

Team Up offers premium subscription features through Discord. Premium subscriptions are subject to Discord's payment terms and refund policies. Premium features are provided on an "as-is" basis and may be modified or discontinued with reasonable notice.

5. Intellectual Property

Team Up and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Team Up and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any content you create using the service, but grant us a license to use such content in connection with providing the service.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Team Up at any time, with or without cause or notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Team Up is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Team Up or its licensors be liable to you or any third party for any general, special, indirect, incidental or consequential damages (including, without limitation, indirect, special, punitive, or exemplary damages for loss of business, loss of profits, business interruption, breach of security, or lost or damaged data) arising out of or connected in any way with these terms, the service, or any services rendered, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

The total liability of Team Up for all damages, losses, and causes of action (whether in contract, tort including negligence, or otherwise) shall not exceed the total fees paid by you during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to liability.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through the service or our Discord support server. Your continued use of Team Up after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
