Assign Captains
Once a game is full the host can assign captains. Captains will take turns picking teammates with the !pick command.
!assign-captains CAPTAINS...
Examples
Assign @player1 and @player2 as captains. @player1 will get to pick first.
!assign-captains @player1 @player2
